Terms and conditions for DaniFra.com
What we sell at our shop is in reasonably good (second hand) condition. Unless otherwise stated.
If something is (slightly) damaged, shows signs of use, etc. this will be clearly stated in the item's detailed description and the price will be adjusted to the situation.
These are second-hand items, which is why there is no warranty on the items.
We are also not responsible for damage due to (mis)use or damage caused during shipping.
Payment-and delivery terms
All prices exclude shipping costs. The rates of PostNL are used.
Usually, we only ship within the Netherlands and to Belgium.
Payment of the amount due must be made by payment in advance. Items are reserved during this period. If payment is not received within 14 days, the item will be released for sale again.
Reservations
Your order will be reserved for you for a maximum of 14 days. If your payment is not received within these 14 days, the items will automatically go back on sale.
All orders are handled in the order they are received. Despite the fact that we try to keep the store up-to-date, it can happen that an item has already been reserved/purchased by someone else who ordered just before you. When this is the case, you will always receive a message.
Liability
DaniFra.com is not liable for loss or damage to the items during shipment. We are also in no way liable for damage suffered by you.
Orders can only be placed by persons aged 18 and older.
Exchange/Return
It is possible for you to cancel the order afterwards. This is no problem, but we really appreciate it if you'll let us know by e-mail as soon as so someone else can buy it.
Items are in principle not exchanged. If there are any problems or something has been overlooked, please contact us within a week. Then we try to solve it together.
Shipping costs always remain for the buyer. The shipping costs for the return are also for your own account.
Prices
Prices on the website are fixed prices. This is non-negotiable. The prices are stated in euros and do not include shipping costs.

The shipping costs stated in the shopping cart are fixed costs for shipping and packaging.

The color
The colors in the photos may differ slightly from the actual color.
Agreement conditions
Customers who place an order with DaniFra.com must always agree to the above conditions.
